Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Motorcycle Accident

My partner was recently injured in a motorcycle accident in San Antonio Texas. THe accident was not his fault. He had to stop abruptly when a car pulled out in front of him and he was struckfrom behind. He required surgery to repair his elbow. The condition of the bike is unknown at this time, but he is in no shape to drve it (his only means of transpotation). He will lose wages and may need to purchase another vehicle. The main area of concern is he has an expired drivers lic. and no isurance. What are his legal rights and what are the best avenues for pursuing compensation?

Re: Motorcycle Accident

There are several questions that come to mind:

1. Did the driver who hit him get cited by the

police in the report.

2. Do we know who the driver was who caused him

to stop short

The fact that he didnt have a licence and

insurance will hurt him but its not fatal

as long as we know who the other parties

are and the facts are not in dispute.
