Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
My neighbor allowed her dog to enter my yard, my 2yr pittbull and 6mth old bird dog were in the yard. the pittbull attacked the neighbor's dog and in the process the neighbor received an injury to her finger. I can't say which dog bit her, but now she is planning to sue for medical expenses and a host of other things. My landlord's insurance says the incident is not covered under his policy. What advice would you give.

nothing..you may be liable but most lawyers will not sue on contingency if no insurance coverage...unless you have renter's insurance..but if sued, answer..do not think she has no rights even though you should win.
