Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Paddleing in school

Back in 1977-78 I attended school in Fort Hood Texas, If you can believe this, I was paddled a few times and I still till this very day can feel and hear this happening to me..It was very wrong to do to kids but seemed normal for Texas I guess, My question is: Can I do anything about what happened to me? I still have panic attacks from be paddled.

The limitations period appears to have passed for your complaining about something that happened 30-31 years ago. So, from a legal standpoint you probably do not have any viable options.
