Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
If a third party notices someone on the side of the road and gets out of their vehicle to inspect the person, realizes they are hurt, and then leaves. Did they have a duty to aid the person?
Does stopping give a duty to aid. Or is the person not liable if they do not make the situation worse?
