Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

What should I do: a person who deals drugs robbed me, and then I followed him in my car and hit him. What should I do about this? Am I going to be the only one in trouble with the law? Also, I am in the state of Texas. And I can easily prove his attempts to sell me drugs and to get drugs for me. When he stole my money I was actually going to buy dimethyltryptamine (DMT) from him.

I do not know how badly you hurt the dealer, but unless his injuries were minor, I doubt it will help you to testify against him in an attempt to get better treatment. Nonetheless, you may have no choice if you end up testifying. Talk to the lawyer defending you, since he/she will know best how to defend you.
