Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
Person A sells vehicle to Person B. Person B immediately gets into an accident with Person C without having proper insurance and Person B is at fault. Person A did not have sufficient time to transfer the title of the vehicle to Person B before the accident with Person C. Person C's insurance is now asking for Person A's payment. What are Person A's options?

Person A is not at fault. He didn't do anything to cause the accident.
Person B may be covered under Person A's insurance.
