Personal Injury Suit

If I am found liable for more than my insurance will cover what assets can they go after. We have a piece of property and equipment that are paid for. This was an automobile accident

Normally the plaintiff's lawyer will settle for insurance limits..but if your insurer does not settle you need a lawyer to sue the insurance company..and to protect your assets...call a local PI lawyer or call us..
