personal injury under uninsured/underinsured coverage
040506 accident, used my pip limit, insurance co said i had coverage to the limit under my U/Under insured coverage. My adjustor knows I have had medical bills which I have not submitted yet. Do I have a deadline for submitting or setteling this claim?

yes..it costs nothing to give the facts to a competent PI lawyer...such as our firm..and to document your file in case your insurer does not pay...

Uninsured/underinsured claims are contractual in nature and so must be brought within 4 years; but if you have a liability claim too, it must be brought within 2 years since it is a tort claim.
