Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Potholes in a parking lot

Yesterday I was driving through a back lot of a shopping center, where all the trash dumpsters and loading docks are. While driving through, I hit a drainage hole that had sunken down into the pavement about .75ft. This caused me to loose control of my truck and slide into a telephone pole. Could the owners of the shopping center be held liable for the damages to my truck, for failing to maintain the parking lot/alleyway?
