Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

If someone has a power of attorney on someone that has been diagnosed with medical problems that the doctor has said they are not allowed to drive and then that person goes and gets into a wreck and kills someone who is responsible.

The driver is always going to be responsible for their own actions/negligence. However, the owner of a vehicle can also be held responsible in certain instances. Such as allowing an unlicensed driver take your car, or allowing someone to take your car who you know is not suppose to be driving. A power of attorney has nothing to do with this.
