Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I purchased a drink at a local krispy creme and It had a broken blender blade mixed with the ice and it chipped my front tooth and skit my tongue a little and bled. Their general manager called me and apologized and the manager gave me a free box of crispy creme doughnuts. Am I entitled to some form of compensation for my injury and endangerment?
