Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I purchased Pella replacement windows for my home in June 2010. They were installed by Lowes. I was not aware there was a problem until March 1st, 2017. It was a warm evening so I opened the windows. There is one directly over my head, the kind that are double-hung with a sash that lowers for cleaning. However, about 4:00 a.m. I was awakened to intense pain. The heavy sash had fallen on my forehead. My husband took me to the E.R. and they did a CT of my brain to make sure there were not cracks or brain bleeding. I am on blood thinners. It formed a huge, bruised, painful knot that is still there 13 days later. Then my left eye started swelling and turning purple. It even migrated somewhat to my other eye. I also developed a loud ringing in my left ear. I already had mild tinnitus, but now it is terrible. I went to a different E.R. after my eye turned black. They ultrasounded my eye to make sure there was no torn retina, as I have been seeing a lot of flashing floaters. Anyway, I called Pella and they sent out a rep. He determined the fault was with the installation. Now I am waiting for a rep from Lowes to come to my home. I have not been successful in finding an attorney to represent me, probably because of the two big companies who will fight and want to take it to federal court. What should I do?
