Hi could you please help me with this question; I won my case in 2007 and I never got paid; and i won the case I got hurt on my job back and neck was injured ; got paid for back only . they still did not pay what can i do about that end up having to have brian surgery. my name is Bridgette

CALL AND TALK TO US..IF IT WAS A Court trial, perhaps defense appealled...and if you had a lawyer..call that lawyer. If it is a work comp claim, you should have been paid. But much more info is needed.
