Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Someone rearended my car on Monday. I hit my head on the steering wheel. After 5 days of pain, I went to see a doctor on Friday. I have a concussion. I have missed at least one day of work. Exactly what should I be asking for from her insurance company?

You should contact a local personal injury attorney. Do not try to negotiate with the insurance company, you will loose.

You should not ask anything from the insurance company. They are not your friend and are not concerned about your injuries. Their only mission is to pay you a low amount of money for your injuries. Do not sign any forms or give them any papers or agree to a recorded statement.

To level the playing field, you need to contact a Texas personal injury attorney.

Based on what you have written, you should not attempt dealing with an insurance company alone. The insurance company has personnel who have been well trained in the art of settlement. Generally, those insurance personnel will get you to settle your case for far less than you may have received with a law firm assisting you. You should contact a law firm to assist you in protecting your rights and interests. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for a consultation.

Don't rush...a concussion can be serious. When your headaches and other problems resolve..then seek settlement but you will do best by contacting an attorney..
