I was recently in a car accident its my first accident and I wanted to know what legal measures do I go about getting my car fixed asap

If the other car is at fault, file a claim with the other car's insurance company.

If your car is repairable, they should pay for repairs and get you a rent car.

If your car is totaled, you do not get a rent car and only get the fair market value of the car before it was damaged. It does not matter how much you may owe on a car loan.

In the alternative, you can pay your deductible and get your car repaired on your own auto ins. policy.
