Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
Recently I was punched in the face at random by a complete stranger inside a major franchise restaurant chain that operates 24/7.The police and EMS were called and made their reports and interviewed witnesses. The restaurant lacked surveillance cameras, that kept investigators from indetifying the assailant. Therefore I wonder if I have a case against the establisment? And what kind of case would it be?

You might have a claim against the restaurant if there's a history of criminal activity on the premises. I have handled a case similar to this before. I would happy to discuss the merits of any potential claim you may have. I can be reached at 512-472-8318.
If a history or prior similar violent acts and the owerr had actual notice of the others, you may successfully recover.
