The answer to your question, "Can I sue?" is yes. However, the answer to the question, "Will I get a lot of money?" is no. Even though your experience was unpleasant, it did not result in any damages. You were not injured, did not go to the doctor, and it is very doubtful you'll require psychiatric care (although your taste for coffee has probably waned somewhat). A jury would simply not be moved to award any significant damages. In my experience, such a case is usually worth $300-$1000 at most. Because of the low value, few attorneys would be willing to take such a case because the time required to pursue it would far outweigh the potential recovery.
