Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Who's responsible?

I was drinking a beer and I choked on glass from the bottle's interior. The bottle was not damaged, except for a jagged rim, there was just a lot of excess glass inside. Can I sue them for this?

Yes you can, but what are your damages? In what way were you hurt so htat you will never be the same? While you have a legal right in these cases, the damages are so minimal that it is difficult to find an attorney to take the case. Good luck.
