Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
i was on the road on my motorcycle turning around. i was on the shoulder facing on coming traffic because the bike stalled. a car was speeding down the road straight for me. before i could get my bike out of the way i had to jump off my bike when he side swiped me and fishtailed then drove off. I pursued him till the cops came and pulled him over. they arrested him for DWI. who was at fault and is there anything i can do?

It seems like it was the drunk driver's fault.
