Settlement
Large Insurance company willing to settle but for less than aquired medical and rehabilitaion fees. If I accept current settlement can I still file a smalls claims court suit against the insured and driver (insured's nephew) for rest of medical fees (about $8,000 total?

The answer depends on the language contained in release/settlement documents. However, more likely than not, the release will resolve all claims period. What does your release say? Are you still treating? There is a two year statute of limitations for your claim. Are you facing a limitations deadline?
