Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I slipped and fell on an unmarked puddle at a convenience store and made an incident report the same day but waited a few days to get the injury looked at due to lack of insurance and figured if the pain went away I would be fine but I still have alot of pain and went to the hospital. I spoke to the claims dept. At the main office and they told me someone would contact me. Do I have a case? I just don't want to get stuck with hospital bills but I couldn't take the pain anymore.

You need to talk to a personal injury lawyer. Generally, you have to show that the store knew or should have known about the puddle before you slipped in it in order to recover $. You might have a case. Call me (877) 914-0888 so this can be discussed in detail.
