Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Son assaulted by an employee's child during visit to resort.

While visiting a resort property with the purpose of purchasing time shares for vacation, camping, etc. My son was assaulted by an employee's child. The other child was there against company policy. My child sustained a black eye in an unsolicited attack. The company is now calling and asking "what would it take to rectify this situation." I am curious as to what rights I have and what legal obligation they have to me and my child.

As the child's parent, you can bring a lawsuit for damages caused by the unauthorized child. Damages recoverable include medical expenses for his present and future treatment, mental anguish and emotional distress, any disfigurement if present and pain and suffering present and future. These damages can add up to perhaps $8K-18$K - possibly more. If you have any other questions, call me at 877-320-5232
