Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
spinal stenosis
was in a car accident March 29, 2006. Suffering whiplash, concussion and severe back and neck pain. I have had to have therapy and visit drs since the acident. I had an MRI done last Friday which found that I have spinal stenosis. I am 42. I never had back or neck pain, until the accident. Now I suffer everyday. and am being told by my Dr that I will probably need some sort of treatment the rest of my life to help with the pain. I did hire an attorney however had to let her go because she wanted to submit a claim which would leave me owing many dr bills. My Dr bills are at about $24,000 right now. The accident was not my fault and the driver was in town on business when he ran a red light going 70mph while talking on his phone.
I am in search of an attorney that would be willing to help with my case.

If the medical invoices exceed the available policy, then your attorney will need to negotiate with each of the providers such that everyone (including you) gets paid. I suggest your contacting a few attorneys and seeing which one you "click" with in order to get this case handled properly and to your satisfaction. Many attorneys (my firm included) will review your case with you at no charge, and with no obligations.
