Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

i had car accident on july 5th, this year.

i was on the highway and i saw something is on the highway. it was night so it was so hard to know what that was.

anyways, i was attempting to avoid that thing on the highway.

and then i was out of control of the handle.

my car was spinning on the highway like 6 times or 7 times.

after that my car hit the light bulb on the side of highway and finally stopped.

when my car hit the light bulb, the airbad wusn't popped. so i hit my face on the handle.

i got fractured my nose and bruises.

i want to know that i can sue againt VOlkSWAGEN bout that.

even though i wasn't that serious injured or problems

it related to my death.

i believe it should've worked.

Certainly the airbag should have worked, but the lawsuit against Volkswagen would cost more than you could recover. Product liability lawsuits are very expensive to work on.
