Re: how can I sue a general store?

Financial compensation for an injury which aggravates a preexisting injury is difficult to obtain primarily because it's difficult to separate the damages for the most recent injury and the prior injuries. I can only advise you to continue to speak with attorneys who work on these types of cases and see if you can find one who can help you.
