Can I sue the Insurace company that has taken care of my Medical?

Can I sue the Insuance Company that had handled my Medical Expenses? They kept delaying my surgerys, to the back and knee. Also how long can I collecct my workmans conpinsation?

Perhaps but you need a lawyer to help on workers compensation cases..and the insurance companies have a lot of clout with our work comp commission..
