Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

How to sue a large cooperation for work related injury & negligence??

My mom hurt her neck at work and the company doctor popped it without taking x-rays and ruptured a disk in her neck. This is not the first time this doctor has done this to an employee. He even prescribes anti-depression pills, claiming that the pain that the employees experience is in their heads and they are stressed out. When my momo went to another doctor, her job gave her a hard time and she was in pain for almost 2 months before the workmans comp approved her surgery. She also didn't get paid for almost 2 months. Please let me know what we can do to sue this company.
