Suing Illegal Aliens

If I sue someone who is in this country illegally, will I be able to recover damages before that person is deported?

Unless this person has insurance that applies or assets that you can touch, then you will not be able to recover your damages irrespective of deportation. If he's deported before you can sue him, then that will make it much more difficult to recover your damages. If there's insurance or wealth you can latch onto, you should contact an attorney to help you.
