Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

When it was time for my personal injury case to go to mediation, my attorney got called away to appear in court in another state. His partner took his place at the mediation hearing. When we settled the acting attorney figured up everything and gave me a bottom dollar that I would be guaranteed plus any medical reductions. I recieved part of the money they owed me two months ago and now my attorney's partner is saying he doesn't remember telling me I would get, in addition to the guaranteed minimum, additional money when they got their reduction in medical. Is there anything I can do.

The mediation agreement is governed by what was written down and signed by the parties and/or their attorneys. Get a copy of the agreement. It will tell you what you're entitled to.
