Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

tripped on rug in bank

I'm a custoner at thus bank. As I entered the bank, I tripped on a rug that was puckered. I weigh a significant amount. I gor up ny myself because I felt I was too heavy for anyone to pick me up. I finish atending to my business there. An accident report was filled out. I went home. The next day, my shoulder was hurting, ,y back and the back of my legs were hurting, I went to an emergency clinic, they sent me to the emergency roon at a local hospitak where test and x-rays were made. No broken bones, but contusions were found. Who is suspose to pay for the medical bills? I do not plan to sue, I just want the medical bills paid

The bank may pay, but it depends on the circumstances surrounding the rug, how long it was "puckered", and other factors. Your best option is contact an attorney and discuss in full detail.
