Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I verbally agreed to a personal injury settlement, however I have not yet signed a release form or signed for check. The law office keeps pressuring me to sign the checks and the release form, but I dont like the remaining amount thats left for me. I think my lawyer is friends with the ins. Company and really didnt want to fight aggressively for me. Can I reverse my decision

Since you have an attorney, you need to address these concerns with your lawyer. If you don't like what you hear you can hire another lawyer.
Unfortunately insurers are not offering fair settlement. Hence, without a lawsuit, expect little. BUT before choosing a lawsuit with more expense to you for lawyer's fee and cost, research what juries are awarding for your type of injury. Our firm has had juries give nothing in two cases the past year where liability was clear, damages to the car minimal....and when damages to the car were substantial, little more than medical expenses incurred.. We are a small firm...but don't be greedy...if u hire another lawyer,
