Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I went to Wendy on Friday, July 9 ordered a Chicken Mandarin Salad and a small french fry and it was raining really hard. When I got to the window to pay, the girl said "we don't have the grilled chicken right now do you want to wait 6 minutes?" I said sure and paid and put out of the way to a parking spot. I didn't pay attention to how much time went by, they walked out my order and I didn't check it. Just went back to work and started eating the salad. I was working and eating not paying attention to the food that was going in my mouth, but said out loud to my co-workers, wow this salad is really good. And I'm glad they didn't give me the french fries and I'm trying to diet. I ate more then half of the chicken. The next bite I actually looked at the chicken and it was RAW!!!!! I called Wendy and spoke with the manager and she said that that actually happened to her and it was becuase the chickent breast they are using are bigger now and their cooks aren't cooking it long enough, but she would make a incident report and would replace my meal and if I went to the hospital to call back. Well, about 2 hours after the incident my stomach started rumbling and I went to the bathroom 2x in 30 minutes with the runs. What kind of personal injury law comes to mind and what is my next step as far a compensation? Becuase on Sunday, my daughter treated me to Panda Express and brought home Kung Pao chicken with plastic in it and I chewed on that....Its definately a sign that no more eating out for me...Is there a case in these anywhere?

A little case. If you had gone to the doctor for the 1st incident, you'd have a more valuable case. Without medical bills, you'll have trouble finding an attorney to represent you. Wendy's needs to do more than replace your meal. It sounds like Panda Express' plastic ruined your meal and it ought to replace it.
