Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas
I worked at a chemical plant for 21 years. I retired in 2008. In 2009 I was diagnosed with kidney cancer and had my left kidney removed. The company is going to eliinate my retirement insurance due to cost restraints. Do I have any recourse in this matter. Thanks

probably ...we have lawsuit against Blue Cross for rescission of policy after cancer discovered..and would be happy to look at your case...Also, what type of chcmicals did you work with which may have been a cause of canceer...other law firms handle those..we would be glad to review your policy/documents
Based on what you have written, there may be a possibility of seeking actions. You should have a law firm review the insurance documents and the chemicals you interacted with during your 21 years to evaluate whether they could have caused the cancer. If my law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for an initial consultation.
