Wrongful Death Lawsuit/Mesothelioma

Mom with 1 grown & 2 minor kids was paid 67.6% & kids33.3 in 1990.

Company has come out of Bankruptcy 18 yrs later;attny not sure what to pay Mom. Pondering for Mom 37.5 & kids (lowest age 32)Is there a certain ratio to be paid when kids are grown. Mom has not married. Mom
