Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Two years ago, my parked car was hit outside my house. The peoples insurance company decided to total the car. I had trouble getting my title due to the name that was on the title. 2 years later I have not collected the insurance money. Am I still able to collect this money?

if you had a deal on the insurance paying for it and it has not paid the title owner, then you have four years from the date of accident; but don't wait that long. Get the title issue resolved. Hire an attorney if you can't do it on your own.
