Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

Hi !

In 2008, I had a landscape installed on my property. It involved converting a lot of bermuda grass area into a pea gravel area. They failed to take adequate measures to inhibit the resurgence of

the bermuda grass through the pea gravel. Neither did they advise me of the risk of this happening.

I would like them come redo the yard and fix this problem. However they are unwilling to do this.

Do I have a case in this situation ?

Probably. A small claims court (Justice of the Peace) action might recover your money for you. The clerks in the small claims court usually will help you.
