Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
I need an attorney with experience in lawsuits against Mentor Corporation for Saline Implants.....(not Silicone), or with general Saline implant experience.
1 Answer from Attorneys
I have had quite a bit of product liability experience, but not with implants. However, the same law and strategies apply. A lot of my experience has been with pharmaceuticals, which is close in terms of what would be considered for your case.
What happened to you? What have been the problems you've had since having the surgery done? What's the outlook for continuing and/or future problems? Did your doctor specifically recommend the type of implants you had implanted? Where was this procedure performed - an office or a hospital? Have you been careful to follow all the doctor's directions following your surgery? Have you had a medical examination of your current problem(s) and, if so, what were the results of the examination? What is the timeline involved? Has been 2 years or more since you first noticed the problem(s)?
Just a few questions to start you thinking.
