Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
I bit into a vanilla tootsie roll and it was a piece of material inside that was not suppose to be in it. It was a nonfood item. what do i do?

Well, you spit it out and complain to the store and they to the manufacturer. They give you a free coupon or some such thank you item, usually. Liability claim doesn't = get rich without serious injury and long term damages. Being vague on lawguru questions is not smart as we cannot take you seriously or give you a specific answer.
