Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
I bought a 99 chevy suburban about 5 months ago, I was told that everything had just been replaced on it and that I should be able to get about 300k miles out of it. It had 180k miles and now has 200k miles. I've already had to replace the radiator (through them) for $300 plus $200 in labor and 3 days after I got it back the radiator went out again. My question is are they bound legally to help me?

Typically, there is no warranty on the purchase of a used vehicle. Did they make this representations to you in writing or agree to provide warranty for future problems.
