Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
Damage to my car from malfuncting access gate
I was exiting a apartment communtiy and the access gate closed on my car as I was going through the gate. The apartment office is saying they have no proof that this happened or that my car was damaged by the gate. Just my adult Daughter and I were in the car when this happened. What is my recourse at this point?

Sue them in small claims court. May be their insurance adjuster will be more sensible.
