I bought some chicken nuggets from mcdonalds, and my son almost swallowed a bone that was in one of the nuggets, called the manager and she wanted to take the bone, then the next day the district manager called and said he needed the bone to turn in to the companys insurance. i still have the bone, not sure what to do.

Re: defective product
'Almost swallowed' does not equal injury. no injury, no case, no value for the chicken bone. keep it if you want. McDonals's has no use for it.
