Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
Foreign Object in can of tomatoes
I bought a can of stewed tomatoes from a local grocer for my steak and tomato dish. Next day I found a 1/4'' round shiny object the size of a ball bearing but has a hole and is cracked. I became sickened with distress and anxiety about this. What should I do?
Thanks

Re: Foreign Object in can of tomatoes
Based on what you have written, it appears that you may have a claim against the manufacture. There are multiple questions that any personal injury firm will inquiry about prior to accepting such a case. Some of those questions are: did you just find the round shinny object or actually injuest the item? what supporting medical documentation to you have to support your distress and anxiety? If my local personal injury law firm can assist you with this legal issue or any other legal matter, please contact my paralegal Tina ([email protected]) to arrange for an initial consultation.
