Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas

I had an accident yesterday and I hit a tree going about 45 mph. When I hit the tree the airbags did not deploy even though there was about 1 1/2 ft. of intrusion into the front of the vehicle.

Thank God you were not seriously injured (I guess since you are making this inquiry). Just because you're airbags did not deploy doesn't give you a products liability case. These cases cost more than $100,000 to develop for settlement or trial. This means that very serious injuries must result, e.g. death or very serious life changing injuries.
