Need Products Liab, Insurance Law, Workers Comp Atty

I was in a head on collision 4-21-2006 in which I was at fault. I was driving a rental car g to pick my car ffgoing to get my car from the dealership & I passed the dealership up & ended up about 8 miles down the road, where I ended hitting a truck with a trailer attached to it head on. I remember nothing for about a distance of 11 miles, which lead up to the accident. I broke my wrist in 3 places and dislocated it, shattered my right knee cap, cracked all of my ribs, and cracked my eye socket orifice, which was caused from the airbag. I think that my left nostril is also collapsed from the impact of the airbag, which at the same time, probably kept the car from crushing me to death, although I feel the car was not safe. Luckily, no one elso was hurt. After a 6 hour surgery & 24 hrs in ICU, I spent a week in the hospital.

Primary insurance provider was to be Unicare and Safeco to be secondary. The adjuster of Safeco paid my $10,000 PIP that should have come to me for lost wages, etc. paid my bills with it until it was expunged. They agreed that payment was done incorrectly but since it was already paid that I should try to recover it from the hospital. What do I do now? Get a Insurance Law Atty or a Products Liability or what
