Legal Question in Product Liability in Texas
Puppies
I have a question regaurding purchasing puppies in the state of Texas, Collin County. I purchased a dog inquired many vet bills b/c the puppy was ill and then lost the puppy. The breeder gave me back the original money for the dog but not the vet bills. Do I have any rights to collect that money in this case. Thank you!

Probably not without supportive evidence that breeder knew this would happen, but I could research this for you.
