Short Answer: Yes.
But, you questions assumes that some key elements can be met. "Misleading" is a legal term and proving that a company's actions were misleading can be difficult.

Anyone can sue for anything - the question is whether you should and whether you can afford it and whether you can win. Do you have enough damages to justify lawsuit expenses? It doesn't sound like it, unless this was CLEARLY misleading and for a really expensive item, like a vehicle or house. See a local trial lawyer for a free evaluation.
