Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I already have a 1996 Houston TX divorce decree which clearly entitles me to 1/2 commercial property in Houston, but my ex has power of attorney over the property and will not sell it or pay me my share.

Can I petition the Harris County, Houston Court on my own--without the added expense of an attorney? Is there a form to fill out, etc?

I have tried to start a conversation about this several times, but it's useless.

No. It involves a partition lawsuit, and not a do-it-yourself job. However, you can revoke the power of attorney, but if you didn't grant it, I don't see how he has it.
