Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have a 1/9 interest on a family farm that is 160 acres. I've always used the place to camp and to hunt. Can the majority now put restrictions on something like hunting? Keep in mind that two people out of six are the majority, and the other four of us believe that the land was intended to be enjoyed by all as they see fit.

If they get horsey with you, file a suit for partition by sale. That will make them much more reasonable.

And tell them that you intend to continue to use the land for camping and hunting.
