Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
In 1996 i recieved a settlement,with settlement i purchased a house.at that time i had just got married,my mom told me to put the house in her nam.ee.so i did,i just found out she refinanced my house without me knowing.what can i do?

Unfortunately, there's not too much you can do. When you "put the house in her name" you really just gave her a house. She can refinance or sell it. You could try to sue her for fraud, but I'm thinking there probably isn't any documentation to prove that you didn't intend to give her the house.
