THERE IS A 10 UNIT CONDO THAT HAS A COMMON AREA AND I BELEIVE NO HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION-ATLEAST NOT WHEN I USED TO LIVE THERE.
THE COMMON AREA HAS BEEN IN TAX FORECLOSURE AND THE COUNTY HAS PUT IT UP FOR SALE. IF I PURCHASE THIS COMMON AREA, CAN I CHARGE RESIDENTS A MONTHLY FEE TO ACESS IT OR RESELL RIGHTS TO USE IT TO THEM.THE STATE IS TEXAS.

I have seen common area bought. Once the condo finds out about your purchase, they purchase it back from you because it will have a right of redemption. You will earn the statutory redemption fee.
